π Return & Refund Window
- You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and receipt.
- Items not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to you at your cost.
- Returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind) will require the customer to cover the return shipping.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

π Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Unboxing video of your package
- Clear photos of the damage or missing parts
- Screenshot of your order confirmation (if from a livestream)
- We will assess the claim and, if approved:
- Send a replacement if available
- Offer an alternate item or a full refund if out of stock

- If the gift wasnβt marked or shipped to the purchaser, the refund will go to the original buyer.

- Our return policy lasts 30 days. Returns after this window are not eligible.
